Our client needed to become CMMC 2.0 Level 2 compliant as soon as possible in order to continue with their DOD 3rd party vendor contracts. Our client was starting from scratch and needed a CMMC solution developed from the ground up. Our trained CMMC Consultants quickly developed a plan of action and began implementation of all 17 CMMC Level 1 NIST 800-171 practices in order to complete the self assessment and start the 110 practices required for Level 2 CMMC compliance.
A CMMC Level 1 Self Assessment was done and all of the required steps implemented within 90 days.
A CMMC Level 2 POA&E was started and the project was priced out and work immediately began with implementation.
From the start of CMMC Level 2 to completion took just under 6 months to implement and create full audit and policy documentation for the final C3PAO Assessment.
